AE - Stock Associate - Early Morning; Off

YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you are an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your home base, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

The core responsibilities are to manage the flow of inventory and maintain a high‑quality Sales floor experience. Your role involves shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, merchandising, and ensuring safety and asset protection standards are followed.

• Drive brand standards by efficiently processing shipments, replenishing stock, managing markdowns, and merchandising.
• Keep the Stockroom organized, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures are in place.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and execute corrective actions.
• Collaborate with team members to assist with non‑stock tasks and guest service as required.
• Adhere to safety, Asset Protection, and AEO policies and procedures.
