Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. The role focuses on driving sales through customer engagement, supporting store initiatives, and participating in team training while exemplifying company values.

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Support company and store initiatives and represent brand expectations on the sales floor
• Participate in team training and use new technology and sales channels to drive results
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management
• Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
• Broaden product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
• Maintain sales floor standards and ensure consistent customer experience

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stock areas and lift up to 30 lbs
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
