ResponsibilitiesProvides enthusiastic customer service while customers shop and purchase products in our store, ensuring every customer has a wonderful experience. Delivers exceptional customer service by getting to know the needs of each customer and suggesting items they would enjoy. Understands and brings to life the Vision, Mission, and Values of the company.
Qualifications and Skills- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk 4–10 hours a day.
- Ability to climb ladders.
- Independent, self‑motivated worker.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Familiarity with cash register, computers, and calculators.
