We are looking for a motivated and energetic team member to greet customers, operate the register, and assist with store tasks. The ideal candidate will enjoy a fast‑paced environment and is eager to grow their career within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions.
- Offer product suggestions and promote store promotions.
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness inside and outside the store.
- Work across various areas of the store to complete daily tasks.
- Ensure predictable onsite attendance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals and solve problems.
- Provide ongoing support to the food program when required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in retail and customer service (e.g., sales associate or cashier).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and friendly conversation skills.
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Team‑player mindset and willingness to contribute ideas.
- Motivation to advance within the company.
- Willingness to learn and have fun.
- Stand or walk for up to 8 hours.
- Lift or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes.
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
- Push or pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
- Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour.
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects requiring eye‑hand coordination; may involve climbing a ladder.
