Job Overview
Position:

Requisition
Responsibilities- Assist floor staff in motivating the team to exceed sales targets and provide an unparalleled customer experience.
- Demonstrate brand knowledge and keep up-to-date with product information.
- Establish strong connections and relationships with customers.
- Execute all company customer service initiatives.
- Process sales, restock merchandise, and monitor in-store inventory.
- Help with floor movement, merchandising, display maintenance, and cleaning of the floor and warehouse.
- Organize the warehouse, ensuring labeling, logical placement, organization, and cleanliness.
- Lead store opening and closing procedures when management is absent.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by a management team member.
- At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong sales experience with proven results.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Good time‑management and organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency and cash register experience.
- Ability to stand most of the time and move around the sales floor or warehouse.
- Bilingual.
- Ability to move merchandise and lift up to 40 lbs.
Employee pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. Candidates may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off, vacation, and various employee discounts.
