Be a role model - motivate and engage your team to bring to life the brand values every day, promoting an inclusive and positive working atmosphere.
Own all sales and profit results, drive cost management across the P&L, including payroll managements, sales & KPIs.
Deliver outstanding service to all customers, demonstrating model behaviours for the team.
Communicate efficiently on the floor and behind the scenes; develop and maintain relationships across the business, with customers and with community partners.

Partner with the wider business to ensure prompt placement of stock and smooth running of the store.
Manage change in-store and engage the team to adhere to new ways of working within the brand.
Create amazing customer experiences through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
Experience in a management role in a fast-paced, client-focused retail environment.
Commercial approach with a proven sales background and experience setting and delivering store KPIs.
Flexible and adaptable; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once.
Proficient in POS systems.
Budget management experience, including payroll and expenses.
Exceptional customer service and team management skills with a proven track record of developing others.
Awareness of market trends in the retail industry.
Retail environment.
Performing duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
High School diploma or equivalent.
