YOUR ROLE

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it! You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest.

Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a "friends first" mindset. (We’ll teach you everything you need to know.)
• Educate guests on product details and excite them with product suggestions that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist the team to get the job done.
• Act with integrity, adhering to all AEO policies and procedures.

• Love interacting with people.
• Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available during evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Have worked in retail previously.
• At least 16 years of age.
