Responsibilities
- Oversee team members for daily operations
- Assign team members where needed to best meet property needs
- Assist in training of Public Safety employees to ensure the highest level of guest service
- Ensure all safety guidelines are followed
- Achieve objectives set forth by the Public Safety Assistant Manager
- Act as the central point of contact for all operational issues during scheduled shift
- Administer corrective action when needed
- Promote a healthy, safe, and hazard‑free work environment
- Respond to and manage incidents on property including injuries, illnesses, and other safety or security related events
- Available to assist Police, Fire, and other Emergency Services personnel
- Report departmental needs to the Public Safety Assistant Manager
- Perform the duties of a Team Member in their absence if needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
High School diploma or GED
Must possess a valid state driver’s license
Must have a minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience; preferably in law enforcement, military, or other public safety related employment
Willing and able to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold, and rainy conditions
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel or similar office admin programs
Able to lift up to 20 lbs without assistance and 30 lbs with assistance
Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate a team, deliver quality results, and maintain a positive attitude
- Ability to adequately and successfully perform all duties and responsibilities of this position
Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest
EducationHigh School or better.
