Bay Climate Control and Refrigeration is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Technicians to support our expanding customer base in the Destin area.
We’re not just looking for skill—we’re looking for a motivated technician who’s ready to get the job done, take initiative, and thrive while helping bring in and complete quality work. What You’ll Do:- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergency service calls
- Install new systems and components as needed
- Deliver top-quality service while communicating effectively with customers
- Proven experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- EPA certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- A dependable, professional attitude with a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated, driven, and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done
- Competitive pay based on experience and performance ($25-40 DOE)
