Arrow Exterminators is looking to hire a full‑time Pest Control Technician – Sentricon to provide uncompromised service to our residential and commercial customers through the proper installation, inspection, monitoring, and maintenance of Sentricon termite bait station systems. This is a production–based position that leads the industry in potential earnings.

As a Pest Control Technician – Sentricon, you start your route each day by servicing and inspecting customer Sentricon termite bait stations, locating installed stations with a locator device, inspecting and recording bait‑station conditions and any termite activity, repairing or replacing damaged or missing components, and documenting service findings for the customer. You collect service payments, answer questions, and maintain a professional and courteous presence.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
• No experience necessary – we will train the right person.
