Lead Aluminum Installer / Senior Fabricator
Location: Foley, AL
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20.00-$26.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Position OverviewAn established aluminum construction company is seeking an experienced Lead Aluminum Installer / Senior Fabricator to join its growing team. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoys mentoring others, and is committed to delivering exceptional results on residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead installation crews on residential and commercial projects.
- Train and mentor Helpers, Apprentices, and Installers.
- Coordinate daily job site activities and workflow.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications.
- Perform advanced aluminum installation and fabrication work.
- Conduct quality inspections before project completion.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate job site documentation and progress updates.
- Proven experience in aluminum installation, fabrication, or a related construction trade.
- Previous leadership or crew management experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and measurements.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks.
Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour, depending on experience.
