Deliver merchandise to customers on schedule and unload/install items as needed;
Coordinate with truck driver to call customers and confirm deliveries;
Inspect delivered items for condition and ensure loads are safe and compliant with DOT regulations;
Maintain DOT certification and CDL compliance through required reporting and inspections;
Provide courteous customer service and assist customers with loading and unloading of merchandise
