Republic Services - - Responsibilities:
Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle to ensure safety and proper operation;
Safely operate the heavy truck along assigned routes and service each customer as identified on the route sheet;
Operate controls to lift and load refuse, operate the compactor, and dispose of material at designated facilities;
Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers, and others to ensure routes are serviced professionally;
Complete required route/productivity sheets, vehicle condition reports, and other reports as required
