Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and audit front desk and Food & Beverage cashier work;
Prepare and distribute daily reports (Daily Operating Report, Discount Programs, Tax Reports, etc.) and month-end reports;
Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit credit card transactions in a timely manner;
Perform guest service duties including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest communications;
Maintain accuracy of financial information and prepare management reports for timely review
