- Maintains financial records and ensures that financial transactions are properly recorded.
- Ensures the accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconciles subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger.
- Prepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports.
- Analyzes current costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses.
- Assists in month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
- Associate's Degree and 2-4 years' experience OR equivalent combination of relevant education & experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
- CPA preferred.
- Oral and written communication skills; account reconciliation; balance sheet analysis; bank reconciliation; depreciation calculation; financial accounting; financial reporting; general ledger accounting; month‑end close; quarter‑end close; revenue recognition; spreadsheets; year‑end close; GAAP standards; accounting software.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
- Work primarily in a climate‑controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.

Pay Transparency StatementThe salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the range during the hiring process.
