Seasonal Accounts Receivable

Delta Print Group is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team for a temporary seasonal assignment.

We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible with the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accurate, timely customer billing. Consistent attendance, punctuality and dependability are essential for success in this role.

• Process high-volume customer billing and invoicing with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Prepare, review and distribute invoices accurately and on schedule
• Research, reconcile and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate customer account records and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing questions and ensure accurate, timely customer invoicing
• Provide general accounting support and perform other accounting-related duties as assigned

• Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable, customer billing or a related accounting role required
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on Quick Books Desktop experience required
• Proven experience processing high-volume customer invoicing with exceptional accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet established deadlines while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

This is a temporary seasonal position with an immediate start. The assignment is expected to continue through approximately November 15, 2026, or earlier if business needs change. Because this is a temporary assignment, it is not expected to become a regular position. However, employees who demonstrate strong performance may be considered for future employment opportunities should business needs arise and suitable positions become available.

• 100% in-person position based at our Natomas facility
• This role is not eligible for remote or hybrid work

• $25.00-$28.00 per hour (DOE)
