K Squared Construction & Design is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to support our leadership team with administrative and operational support. As a boutique design-build home remodeling contractor in the Sacramento area, we are committed to transforming homes with our comprehensive, high-end design and build solutions. Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize all communications for the CEO, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Organize and maintain the CEO's calendar, ensuring optimal scheduling of meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and company events.
- Prepare comprehensive meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items with relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and clients, providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a high level of service.
- Assist in the development and preparation of presentations, reports, and financial documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information, demonstrating discretion in all communications and dealings.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.
- Collaborate effectively across teams to support project management and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the organization of company events and team-building activities.
- Take on special projects and perform additional duties as necessary to support the CEO and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion, manage complex schedules, coordinate executive communications, and lead administrative projects to completion.
- Experience in the construction, building, or remodeling industry is an asset, but not mandatory.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and G Suite, with exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated, and possess a strong work ethic.
