The incumbent performs a wide range of research and analytical functions in support of transition to employment services, and the overall work activities of the Industry Employment Program (IEP). Assigned to CALCTRA headquarters, this position’s responsibilities include transition to employment services for incarcerated individuals before and after release, community outreach, collaborating with CDCR, and technical research and program analysis.

How to Apply- Analytical
Experience:
identifying trends, updating procedures, developing audit reports and supporting graphs and charts. - Experience producing manuals, guidelines, reports, and/or other written material for internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience performing analytical or program support work involving data collection, organization, or evaluation.
- Experience preparing clear, concise written materials such as reports, summaries, correspondence, or tracking documents.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support program or project activities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience and proficiency with standard office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with diverse populations.
- College Education
- Experience related to public administration, workforce development, criminal justice, or a related field.
- Customer Service experience
