Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Clerical, Data Entry, Admin Assistant
Location: Folsom, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $21-$23 per hour
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team in Folsom. This is a fast-paced, high-volume administrative role supporting multiple team members and departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to multiple team members and departments
- Process and maintain a high volume of documentation and records
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness
- Update information in internal databases and tracking systems
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other business documents
- Manage electronic files and maintain organized records
- Assist with data entry and information management
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests to ensure timely completion
- Support department projects and special assignments as needed
- Perform a variety of administrative duties in a deadline-driven environment
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume workload
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple team members
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
