Our client, a leading organization in the automotive and semiconductor industry, is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join their team. As a Business Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Business Development team supporting distribution and product strategy initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Business Operations Specialist
Location: Folsom, CA
Pay Range: $38-43/hr
Responsibilities- Support the Business Development for Distribution in the Automotive Embedded Business Unit (AEBU).
- Collaborate with Sales and Field Application Engineers to understand customer needs and propose optimal product solutions.
- Assist in design-in and win activities through product sampling aligned with AEBU product strategy.
- Provide regular feedback to marketing teams regarding product roadmaps, competitive landscape, and customer requirements.
- Engage with global counterparts to synchronize product and segment strategies, ensuring cohesive business growth.
- Preferably hold an Engineering Degree in Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, or Product Engineering; or have 5+ years of relevant experience in support roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and data analysis skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint, CRM, and Excel.
- Ability to support multiple time zones, including European and East Coast schedules.
- Organized, process-oriented, and capable of managing short-notice requirements effectively.
- Strong understanding of the semiconductor or automotive embedded business sectors preferred.
