- Ensure seasonal readiness for pre-season assortment staging and high-volume ordering windows
- Track improvements in order accuracy, allocation effectiveness, and operational efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3–5 years of product management experience in B2B platforms, wholesale commerce, supply chain, or enterprise systems
- Experience working in seasonal or high-volume operational environments
- Strong written communication skills for Features, Epics, and acceptance criteria
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and elevate risks proactively
- Familiarity with wholesale order management or franchise partner systems
- Understanding of allocation, replenishment, or inventory management workflows
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile methodologies
- Exposure to international commerce operations
