WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Assist the Superintendent with the day-to-day construction activities of a single-family residential community
Coordinate trade partners and subcontractors to help maintain construction schedules and cycle time goals
Conduct daily site walks to monitor quality, safety compliance, and jobsite cleanliness
Assist with inspections, punch lists, and homeowner orientation walkthroughs
Help identify and resolve field issues before they impact production schedules
Verify completed work meets company quality standards and local building code requirements
Support communication between construction, purchasing, sales, and warranty teams
Maintain accurate production reports, schedules, and documentation using builder software
Build strong working relationships with trade partners and suppliers
Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners throughout the construction process

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2-5 years of experience in residential construction, assistant superintendent, field engineer, or related field role
Understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and building codes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to communicate effectively with trade partners, homeowners, and internal teams
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with construction scheduling and management software is a plus
Valid driver's license and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with a production home builder
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Degree or coursework in Construction Management or a related field
Familiarity with Build Pro, CoConstruct, or similar construction software
