Responsibilities- Provide technical direction and design implementation for a memory control circuit (both digital and analog) from the memory array to the interface block.
- Collaborate closely with physical design teams to ensure timing closure, CDC robustness, and power intent alignment.
- Demonstrate experience working with custom mixed‑signal IC build and development for volatile or nonvolatile memory technology.
- Modeling and simulation of ICs using HSPICE or finesim.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in custom mixed‑signal circuit design.
- Proficiency with UNIX and CADENCE design environment (Simulation, Schematic entry, SPF extraction).
- Experience with DDR or other high‑performance memory architectures.
- Knowledge of clock‑domain crossing (CDC), reset strategies, and low‑power design.
- Experience in semi‑custom digital circuit design; high‑speed data‑path design experience strongly preferred.
- Memory control logic design.
The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full‑time position is $ – $ a year. Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
