Site Civil Coordinator​/EIT

Position Overview

The Civil Design Coordinator works with the Senior Engineer on civil design projects, including site studies, layout, grading, utility planning, and contract documentation.

• Assist the Senior Engineer with site studies, site designs, contract documentation preparation, and graphic presentation.
• Perform overall site layout, grading, utility layout, and drainage.
• Execute routine engineering assignments using standard techniques and procedures.
• Complete projects with clear, specified objectives and limited variables.
• Handle administrative duties associated with project management for civil/site projects.
• Work independently on small projects or assist more senior engineers on larger projects.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate.
• Candidates hired without an EIT will receive the title of "Coordinator" and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression.
• Familiarity with Micro Station, AutoCAD, and civil engineering software such as Bentley Concept Station, Autodesk Infra Works, Civil 3D, and specialty civil platforms (e.g., Open Flows).

• Bachelor's degree.
