- Use processes and tools established on projects
- Develop and assist in preparation of schedules
- Prepare various reports
- Co‑ordinate information flow between project participants, including subconsultants, and if appropriate between project team and the client
- Demonstrate understanding of project controls tools including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Project, etc.
- Assist in costs estimate development and review
- Monitor, update and review financial data
- Coordinate and maintain project documentation
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction, engineering or related field
- Certifications (one or more): AEP, CST, CCT, CACM, CMIT, CDT, PSP, EVP, PMI‑SP, EIT
- Ability to interpret construction schedules
- Skilled in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in multidisciplinary engineering design and construction
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple long- and short‑term tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee‑owned culture is a must
