Banker, Bank Customer Service

Seeking an experienced New Account Representative / Teller to join our banking team.
The ideal candidate will have:
-Strong new accounts experience
-Excellent customer service skills
-Ability to build lasting client relationships while supporting branch growth.

Requirements
-Minimum 3 years of banking teller experience required
-Advanced experience opening consumer and complex business accounts required
-Prior supervisory experience preferred
-Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
-Knowledge of banking regulations including BSA and Information Security
-Experience cross-selling banking products and services
-Ability to generate new business and support branch goals
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking systems
-Strong judgment, professionalism, and confidentiality skills
-Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities
-Open and maintain consumer and business accounts including checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and Trust & Estate Accounts Support Treasury Services including RDC, armored, and courier services
-Process teller transactions accurately
-Assist customers in person and by phone with professionalism and courtesy
-Recommend banking products and services based on customer needs
-Maintain compliance with all banking regulations and procedures
