Position: Financial Solutions Advisor Registration Candidate - Folsom FC

Job Overview

Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I at Bank of America. The role focuses on obtaining securities industry licenses and building client relationships, ultimately providing comprehensive financial advice and collaborating with core banking and investment partners to deliver solutions through Bank of America and Merrill.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 licenses within 30 and 120 days of hire.
  • Build and manage client relationships, using a consultative approach to identify needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
  • Provide end‑to‑end comprehensive advice and deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence.
  • Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to Bank of America and Merrill solutions.
  • Execute multiple tasks simultaneously, adapt to new technology, and prioritize client interests in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
  • Must obtain SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses within the specified time frame.
  • Strong self‑discipline and time‑management skills.
  • Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions.
  • Results‑driven mindset with effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and learn new technology or applications.
Desired Qualifications
  • Held FINRA SIE or bachelor’s degree with a minimum of one year of financial services or sales experience.
  • Proficiency in client experience, branding, solutions advisory, investment management, pipeline management, referral management, portfolio management, prospecting, business acumen, executive presence, oral communication, and risk management.
Additional Requirements
  • Position is subject to SAFE Act registration; employees must register and maintain good standing with the federal registry system.
  • Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in immediate termination.
Schedule & Location
  • Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week; some Saturdays required.
  • Open for the entire market; specific Financial Center location will be based on business needs.
  • May begin with phone‑based work until an appropriate center within commuting distance is assigned, subject to applicable law.
