Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Specialist II in Folsom, CA. This non-exempt role reports to the Associate Branch Manager and pays $22.00 hourly.
You will process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other transactions while maintaining a cash drawer, and provide trusted financial guidance to members. You will identify opportunities to offer Golden 1 products, document activity in EnAct, and help protect members by reporting potential fraud.
