Job Description

Only licensed physical therapists will be considered for this position. You will provide outpatient PT services to patients in their homes in the Sacramento area (and other nearby locations). This is home therapy delivery, NOT typical home health. Your role centers on helping patients recover and thrive, offering autonomy, flexibility, and a technology‑driven practice model.

• State‑specific PT license
• Reliable personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
• 1+ years of experience
• Liability insurance
• CPR/BLS certification
