Each intern will own a dedicated project solving real business challenges. You will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work, network and participate in professional and personal development sessions. The internship will wrap up with a presentation on your learnings and the experience.

Overview:
The Software Implementation Consultant Intern supports SaaS client implementations by assisting with documentation, configuration, testing, and delivery coordination. This role is designed for college students or recent graduates interested in technology, consulting, or software delivery and provides hands‑on exposure to real client implementations in a structured, mentored environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with requirements documentation (functional requirements, use cases, process flows).
  • Support system configuration and setup under guidance from senior consultants.
  • Participate in testing activities to validate solutions meet documented requirements.
  • Update and maintain Jira tickets and internal documentation to support sprint execution.
  • Join internal and customer meetings to observe discovery, solution design, and delivery practices.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Project Management, Product, Development, and QA.
  • Support basic data review and analysis activities as part of implementation work.
Skills needed
  • Must have strong Excel skills, including:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to follow defined processes.
  • Basic technical aptitude and interest in learning SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines with guidance.
  • Professional, collaborative, and eager to learn in a team environment.
Nice to have
  • Exposure to Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
  • Basic understanding of APIs or SaaS platforms
  • Academic projects or prior internships involving technology or systems
Education & Experience
  • Current student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Business Technology or a related field
