L1 Lab Technical Support
Folsom, California
Mon – Fri 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr W2

Job Description &Qualifications:
- Manage assigned tickets and tasks– Addressing/updating/closing tickets per defined priority and within the SLA
- Maintain & Adjust system configurations– SOC upgrades, HW, SW addition/modification
- Perform 1st-level triage– Troubleshoot basic hardware & OS-specific issues, reseat SOCs, re-flashing BIOS/IFWI, unresponsive clients, KVM/DUT hang problems, recover as needed, ticket creation for unrecoverable clients outside Layer 1 recovery
- Perform manual client maintenance & updates– Hardware/Debugger additions, SW/FW/Driver updates
- Deploy new client & server systems– Follow standardized procedures for racking/setup, Connect remote access, Power, Network, Input config detail (KVM, PDU, UDP/ADP)
- Build out new deployment areas– Configure/assemble new HDR/LDR, wire network, KVM, PDU, adjust for expansion and/or new project/program requirements, Additional tasks as required
- Networking– Register DHCP, KVMs, Static IP, Test cable/patch panel connectivity
