Director, Program ​/ Project Manager, Management

The California Correctional Training and Rehabilitation Authority (CalCTRA) is seeking Director, Under the policy direction of the California Correctional Training and Rehabilitation Board, this position serves as the chief executive leader responsible for statewide operations, strategic planning, and organizational performance. The Director provides leadership across manufacturing, operations, corrections-based programs, finance, and the workforce, ensuring CALCTRA fulfills its mission while operating as an efficient, accountable, and forward-looking public organization.
