Quality Technician II (Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing)
Are you a detail-oriented inspector with a sharp eye for precision? We are looking for a Quality Technician II to join a growing team in a dynamic shop and semi-clean room environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your expertise in calibration, internal auditing, and advanced measurement systems.

Work with top-tier equipment including CMM, profilometers, and coordinate-measuring machines. - Stability: A hands‑on role involving everything from first article inspections to calibration coordination.
- Precision Inspection:
Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and thread gauges to perform dimensional inspections. - Electro‑Mechanical Focus:
Conduct visual and technical inspections of wiring, hardware, stators, rotors, and sub‑assemblies. - Non‑Conformance Tracking:
Document all inspection results and detail non‑conformities to ensure product excellence. - Calibration Coordination:
Manage equipment calibration and perform in‑house mechanical calibrations. - First Article Inspection:
Lead follow‑up inspections on mechanical components and finished goods. - Receiving & Process Inspection:
Perform receiving inspection of mechanical components and in‑process/final inspection of electro‑mechanical assemblies. - Visual Sorting & Documentation:
Conduct visual sorting on a variety of components and document inspection results. - Team Support:
Backup and support all quality team functions, cross‑train, and develop the quality team. - Other tasks as assigned by the Quality Manager.
- Manual lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Stand for up to 8 hours at a time.
- Experience:
Proven background in mechanical inspection using standard precision instruments. - Technical
Skills:
Ability to read and interpret complex drawings, specifications, and industry standards. - Computer Literacy:
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable using MRP systems. - Attention to Detail:
Excellent corrected vision for inspecting small, fine‑detail components. - Physical Ability:
Comfortable working in a shop environment and able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Compensation: $24 - $27 per hour
Shift: First
Work hours:
6 AM – 2:30 PM
