Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
As an essential member of our clinical team, you’ll provide exceptional, patient-centered care while working within a high-performing team committed to excellence.
What You’ll Do- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a variety of urgent care conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x-rays, labs, and EKGs.
- Perform urgent care procedures such as laceration repair, I&Ds, and splint applications.
- Collaborate with peers and specialists to enhance patient outcomes; immediate support is available from supervisors or experienced colleagues as needed.
- Triage and manage patients efficiently to maintain a smooth clinic flow, typically 4–5 patients per hour.

Qualifications- Physician Assistant:
Medical/Master’s degree with a valid state license and national certification. - Nurse Practitioner: RN license, NP certification, and a valid state license.
- Valid, unrestricted medical and DEA licenses.
- Ability to treat patients of all ages.
- DOT certification prior to start date; course and exam fees covered.
- Experience in ER, urgent care, or similar settings (minimum 2 years).
- Availability to work two full weekends per month if full‑time; ability to work in multiple locations and some holidays.
- Part‑time (minimum 2 shifts per week): $69,940 – $96,980 base; $76,235 – $105,708 with productivity bonus.
- Full‑time (minimum 3 shifts per week): $104,910 – $145,470 base; $123,794 – $171,655 with productivity bonus.
- Hourly base rate: $67.25 – $93.25 (plus productivity bonus up to 28%).
