Overview
A well-established and reputable Pain Management practice with multiple locations throughout Sacramento County is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its growing team. This role is based in an outpatient clinic located approximately 20 miles northeast of downtown Sacramento. You’ll be joining a collaborative, supportive environment dedicated to delivering high-quality care to patients across the Sacramento region.

Compensation & Benefits- Competitive salary based on experience: $140,000–$170,000
- Quarterly bonus potential
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance (100% paid for the provider after 30 days)
- Paid malpractice insurance
- 401(k) retirement plan
- CME time off plus annual allowance
- Generous PTO and paid sick time
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends or holidays
- Very minimal call responsibility
- Optional Saturday clinic available for additional compensation (voluntary)
- EMR system:
Nex Gen - Procedures are not required; training available for trigger point injections if interested
- Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner Certification
- Active California Nurse Practitioner license (or in process)
- Prior experience in Pain Management preferred
- New graduates will be considered if they demonstrate a strong interest in pain management
