Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer
Responsibilities
- Fulfill merchandising needs by communicating and building relationships, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays.
- Represent Mondel?z in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondel?z products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondel?z's DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
- Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
- Ensure Nabisco brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, etc.) are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondel?z guidelines.
- Ensure sales representative negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues with Mondel?z management.
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
- Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
- Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondel?z in store.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
- Ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs., moving products from stock rooms to store floors, and stocking shelves.
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
- Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location (Folsom, CA) or secondary locations (Carmichael – Cameron Park, CA).
- Schedule availability required:
Tuesday–Saturday, 5:00 AM start time.

- Hourly rate $18.00–$20.00 based on relevant experience.
