See's Candies is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in Folsom, California, to support the retail shop operations. You will assist the Shop Manager in achieving sales goals and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will lead the retail team in a customer-focused environment, help train team members, and manage daily store operations.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of retail management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle cash. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends, is required. The pay rate for this role is $26.27 per hour.
