ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts
.
- Work within a geographic territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
- Implement a top‑down sales strategy targeting Presidents, CEOs, CFOs and Owners to build a network with C‑level executives.
- Strategically cross‑sell other ADP products and services to deepen relationships.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to your clients and collaborate with internal groups within the territory.
- Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients and managing a territory.
- Upbeat, persistent style with the ability to cold‑call, manage time effectively and present ideas professionally.
- Embrace opportunities, take risks and challenge the status quo.
- Natural leader, resourceful, thrives under pressure and bounces back quickly.
- Build relationships, live integrity and deliver on promises consistently.
- College degree preferred but not required. Acceptable experience includes:
- Two+ years of quota‑carrying outside B2B sales.
- Three+ years in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform or software sales.
- Military experience that demonstrates teamwork, resilience, negotiation and a "never lose" mentality.
- Ambitious spirit with a demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas.
- Established network of contacts in target industries.
- Highly organized with strong time‑management skills.
- Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Thrives under pressure.

CompensationBase salary varies based on location, skills and experience. Some positions may include additional compensation (bonus, equity or commissions). Compensation range for California: $56,100 – $121,500 per year.
Actual compensation will not be less than applicable minimum wage or exempt salary requirements under federal, state and local laws.
