Sales Representative – Medical Aesthetics (Full-Time)

A client of Insight Global is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to lead business development efforts and drive revenue growth for a cosmetic medical center. This individual will play a key role in building, developing, and leading a high-performing sales team while also contributing directly to new business generation and patient acquisition.

This is a full-time, onsite opportunity offering a base salary of $70,000 plus commission.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (onsite)

• Generate new business and drive revenue growth through strategic outreach and partnerships
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team
• Establish and execute sales strategies to expand patient acquisition and market presence
• Mentor and coach team members to meet and exceed sales targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources
• Track and manage sales performance, pipeline, and activities using CRM systems
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities within the medical aesthetics space
• Lead by example by actively contributing to sales and closing high-value opportunities

• 3+ years of sales experience, with leadership or team-building experience required
• Background in the medical field or medical aesthetics industry strongly preferred
• Proven track record of generating revenue and exceeding sales targets
• Experience building and scaling a sales team from the ground up
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Highly driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results
