Protelo, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated individual to play a critical role in driving pipeline growth and supporting our sales organization. The primary objective of this role is to bridge the gap between capturing more inbound and outbound demand and our account managers being focused on closing high-value opportunities. This is a high‑impact, career-track position with a clear path to growth upon success and realization of value in this role.
As Protelo continues to grow, we are investing in our sales development engine to unlock new pipeline, maximize ROI on marketing efforts, and build the next generation of top-performing account managers. The individual must be competent to generate BANT qualified meetings for the account managers, improve conversion rates on inbound leads, and increase speed‑to‑lead and follow-up consistency. The individual is expected to expand pipeline in targeted industries and contribute to higher win rates and deal velocity by enabling account managers to focus on closing new business.
- Qualify and respond to select inbound leads quickly and consistently
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, Linked In, and phone
- Follow up with website visitors and intent data
- Nurture early-stage and long-cycle opportunities
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Managers
- Prepare meeting briefs and prospect research
- Maintain CRM hygiene and data accuracy
- Assist with partner portal lead management within Net Suite & Acumatica
- Build targeted outreach campaigns in key verticals
- Identify and research new accounts and buying groups
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
- Partner with marketing to improve lead conversion and follow-up
- Support event outreach, follow-up, and pipeline generation
- 1–3 years of experience in BDR/SDR, sales, or marketing (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Strong communication and outreach skills (email, phone, Linked In)
- Highly organized with attention to detail in CRM management
- Hub Spot experience is a plus
- Curious, proactive, and coachable mindset
- Interest in ERP, SaaS, or business technology
- A positive, teamwork-driven attitude and ability to work well with others and take direction from others
- High-energy, self‑motivated, strong desire to learn, can‑do attitude, high attention to detail
NOTE:
Travel may be required – Although we take full advantage of technology and commonly use virtual meetings, face‑to‑face interaction helps us build relationships, which requires occasional travel. We’re in the cloud so virtual meetings are common.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
