Sales Representative, Major Accounts

ADP is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive strategic Human Capital Management initiatives for medium‑size organizations (50–999 employees). The role involves securing new business, managing full sales cycles, selling a suite of solutions, and building lasting client relationships.

Job Responsibilities
  • Work within a designated geographic territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
  • Implement a top‑down sales strategy targeting Presidents, CEOs, CFOs, and owners to build a network of C‑level executives.
  • Identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities while cross‑selling cloud‑based HR solutions and other ADP products.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining strong relationships and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Accurately forecast and pipeline sales, track progress, and deliver on quarterly objectives.

  • A college degree is preferable but not required; acceptable experience includes two or more years of quota‑carrying outside B2B sales, three or more years of experience in HCM or related technology sales, or relevant military experience.

Compensation

Base salary range: USD $56,100.00 – USD $ per year (varies by location, experience, and qualifications). Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions.
