As a Business Banker at First Citizens Bank, you will carry on our tradition of developing and expanding relationships with business owners in your community to help them meet their financial goals.

• Sales – Achieve individual and/or team financial, production and relationship results relative to the specific metrics and goals assigned. Engage with customers, prospects, and referral sources through proactive outreach and community events to generate business and identify CRA opportunities.
• Service Standards – Foster collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects, and colleagues. Initiate conversations to uncover opportunities and provide relevant financial guidance.
• Operations & Administration – Comply with all regulations, bank policies, and procedures. Complete required training, perform general office duties, and ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Commercial or business lending, credit, or business development OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in the same areas.
• Valid driver's license. Position requires frequent driving.
• Application of a structured sales process; financial guidance and expertise; sales planning and forecasting; financial analysis; credit underwriting; knowledge of business lending, deposit and cash management solutions; retail and wealth solutions; business development; networking and building centers of influence.
