Top producing real estate team is seeking talented and motivated people who are passionate about growth and opportunity to join us as full-time real estate agents. No cold calling at all and you work at your own pace!

Our full time committed agents earn on average between $150, in commissions year over year. Commissions are based on your sales and how hard you work!

• Service home buyers & home sellers at the highest level
• Work effectively with team and mentors
• Study and know local market statistics daily
• Manage a database of leads and contacts with daily follow up and appointment-setting
• Learn and use scripts and best practices for lead conversion
• Participate in team meetings, events and one on one coaching

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High energy and passionate about working with and helping others
• Committed to delivering exceptional customer service always
• Goal-oriented and high-achieving- a sales or high-level customer service background is a plus!
