Entry-Level Marketing Sales Associate

As we continue to expand, we are looking for an Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and building a career in marketing, sales, customer service, and business development

No previous marketing or sales experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.

• Represent client brands through in-person marketing and customer engagement
• Assist with promotional campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
• Interact directly with customers and provide information about products, services, and promotions
• Support sales and marketing initiatives at retail locations, community events, and promotional campaigns
• Learn and apply customer engagement, sales, and marketing strategies
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
• Help track campaign activity, customer interactions, and basic performance metrics
• Work with team members to achieve marketing, sales, and customer engagement goals
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and strengthen brand relationships
