Envision Greater Fond du Lac is looking for a Part‑Time Accounting Coordinator to join our team. We’re not just looking for someone to process invoices and reconcile accounts—we’re looking for someone who wants to contribute to the success of the community they call home.

Envision Greater Fond du Lac is the county’s chamber of commerce and economic development organization. Every day, we work alongside businesses, schools, nonprofits, local governments, and community leaders to strengthen our economy, support workforce development, attract new talent, and improve quality of life throughout Fond du Lac County.
What You'll Do- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintain accurate financial records in Quick Books Online
- Reconcile bank accounts and company credit cards
- Assist with membership billing and sponsorship invoicing
- Support event and program‑related financial transactions
- Monitor vendor accounts and payment activity
- Maintain organized records for audits and reporting
- Assist with financial tracking for grants and special initiatives
- Provide occasional backup support at the front desk

- Accounting, bookkeeping, banking, payroll, office administration, or related experience
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience with Quick Books Online preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and CRM systems preferred
Equivalent experience and transferable skills will be considered.
- $22,000–$27,500 annually based on experience
