Scheduler, Business

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to support project planning, scheduling, and schedule analysis for a long-term assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing and maintaining complex project schedules, analyzing critical paths, and identifying schedule risks and impacts.

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules.
• Perform advanced scheduling and critical path analysis

• Conduct forensic schedule analysis to identify delays, impacts, and schedule risks.
• Monitor project progress against established milestones and timelines.
• Identify schedule conflicts, dependencies, and potential delays.
• Work with project teams to collect progress updates and incorporate changes into schedules.
• Track key milestones, deliverables, activities, and dependencies.
• Support schedule recovery and mitigation planning when delays occur.
• Prepare schedule reports, updates, and status information for project stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and organized scheduling documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineering, construction, and other cross-functional teams.

• 7–10+ years of relevant scheduling experience.
• Strong experience with advanced project scheduling and critical path analysis

• Hands‑on experience with forensic schedule analysis

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
  .
• Ability to analyze complex schedules, dependencies, delays, and project impacts.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced project environment.
