We are currently hiring a Roofing Project Coordinator. Preferred candidates should have proven successful experience with asphalt roofing installation. On‑site job training will be provided.
The Roofing Project Coordinator will oversee both on‑ and off‑site functions while maintaining direct contact with customers and sub‑contractors. The Coordinator will manage the complete roofing process from pre‑install through completion, including subcontractor coordination, contract management, scheduling, customer relations, quality assurance, and enforcement of safety policies.
Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a full‑size truck or cargo van. Must be punctual, well organized, customer‑service oriented, adhere to safety techniques, demonstrate self‑leadership and accountability, work un‑supervised, and maintain positive coworker relationships.

Responsibilities- In charge of the asphalt roofing division
- Work with sub‑contractors and ensure jobs meet Wrightway’s standards
- Visit customers’ homes throughout the project and engage with homeowners
- Execute a final walk‑around after project completion
- Install roofing accessories and final products, including chimney flashings
- Assist with other repairs and services, and help other crews as needed
- Load and log materials onto truck and document returned materials
- Complete necessary paperwork before, during, and after each project
- Coordinate with Production Manager and sales team throughout the process
- Proactively engage customers to deliver a great service experience
- Previous roofing installation experience
- Valid driver’s license in WI
- Background check (contingent upon employment)
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to use a brake and install counter flashing around chimneys
- Ability to read job instructions and record materials on work order
- Comfortable working on ladders up to 2nd story
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Ability to work independently or with a crew
- Enjoy working outdoors year‑round
- Responsible for keeping a clean truck and job site
- Bilingual a plus but not required
