We’re looking for an Operator in Heavy Civil construction, responsible for operating various power construction equipment safely and efficiently. Equipment includes dozers, excavators, rollers, loaders, haul trucks, motor graders, and skid steers.

• Operate heavy construction equipment such as dozers, excavators, rollers, loaders, haul trucks, motor graders, and skid steers.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of all equipment.
• Work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed.
• Tolerate and work in variable weather conditions and dirty/dusty environments.
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards.

• Valid Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.
• GPS Machine Control knowledge preferred.
• Class A CDL preferred.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to meet complex scheduling demands.
• Willingness to work in variable weather, nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• Willingness to become a union member (union membership not required prior to employment).
• Prior experience in road building, earth moving, site grading, landscaping, or sewer/water work.
