Job Overview

Northcentral Construction is hiring a Concrete Worker to join our team.

This is a hands‑on role working on footings, walls, slabs, and site concrete. You’ll be setting forms, placing and finishing concrete, tying rebar, grading materials, and helping keep projects moving on schedule.

You’ll use hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as skid loaders and forklifts. You’ll also read plans, set elevations, and work alongside the crew to complete each job the right way.

We’re looking for someone who works hard, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in what they build. Experience in concrete is helpful, but not required. If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. A CDL is a plus.
