About the Position
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Concrete Laborer to join our team. This is a hands-on position working alongside experienced concrete crews to complete residential and commercial concrete projects. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, works well with others, is willing to learn, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. Concrete experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities- Assist with concrete preparation, placement, finishing, and cleanup
- Help prepare job sites, forms, subgrade, and materials
- Load, unload, and move concrete materials and equipment
- Assist concrete finishers and other crew members as needed
- Use hand tools and basic construction equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work efficiently as part of a team
- Perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
- Perform other duties as assigned by the crew leader or supervisor
- Reliable and dependable
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Able to follow directions and take constructive feedback
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to perform physically demanding work
- Previous construction or concrete experience is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license is a plus
